WINDOW RESTORATION OF THE COPE HOUSE 2019

The scope of this project was the restoration of all double hung windows, pocket doors and pocketed storm windows in the main parlor and adjacent rooms.  The three floor to ceiling openings measured 10 feet tall, making the restoration a challenge.

The job included modifying the worn out pocket door hardware system by boring out the pulleys and pressing in a sealed bearing for each unit.  The result males for a smoothly operating door system.
